AOR OCT.2, IP2 for months already I believe.
Got update like one week before, my medical check went from passed to "not needed". I guessed I might be asked to do another one because it is near to one year;
Today I got update again, medical check just go from "not needed" to passed.
I mean, what should I say?

Don't worry. It's normal for those who have been waiting for about 1 year, and their medical would be extended for one more year.
I am waiting too...Oct 31 AOR...This is so painful...other people who applied through my consultant got their PPR in hardly 4 months...why are we all stuck?
Unfortunately, it seems that you are right about the glitch of IP2 in late February. In January, I was asked to provide some additional documents regarding my work experience (the officer was suspicious that I had misrepresented some information) and was given 60 days. I submitted the documents in late February and the day after (27th of Feb if I recall it well) my status changed to IP2, and I was so happy that I passed the eligibility. But I received my GCMS note yesterday, and it states ELIGIBILITY: REVIEW REQUIRED, SECURITY: NOT STARTED and MISREPRESENTATION: NOT STARTED. After 3 months, they have not still started reviewing the additional documents I provided in Feb. It's crazy.That's a good question. Usually when BGC IP2 is triggered by LVO, you don't receive emails with the message 'your application is awaiting a review by visa officer' from them. Because they need to start reviewing your application before putting you in Progress.
Just a few days back I was contacted by one applicant who said that that his eligibility wasn't started and that he was getting 'awaiting a review' emails to date (last email that he received was last Thursday), and that was even after his application went in IP2 on February 28, 2018. He got his GCMS notes last week as well, and they were stating that his eligibility still not started. Literally he had no changes in his notes since he was transferred to LVO. Hope this explains my point.
Also, under APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT, it says DUE DATE: 2018/05/12. Anybody knows what this means? Is it the due date by which my new documents and eligibility should be reviewed by the assigned officer? If so, could this date get prolonged for any reason?

Due date is an advised date till when visa officer should review your file. However, this date can be shifted/changed anytime, so I don't suggest to rely on it. Mine changed like once...
I got the ghost update on May 03 but nothing after that. My AOR is Oct 10 and I have the same timeline as you. Did you get any ghost update and anything subsequent to the update?
Still waiting dude, I don't know how many early October's are waiting, I think it might just be you and me

I also got a ghost update on May 1st, AOR is 12 Oct. No news so far, and they are not replying to my emails.
Hopefully next week will bring good news.
I am wondering what is taking so CIC so long..
