Respected Members

I received my 1st PPR mail dated July 14th asking for the submission of passports through VFS. We did so along with the passport of my newly born son on July 17th at VFS Bangalore. Later on the required documents of my son were also uploaded through the online portal and he was issued UCI number after 3 months.

On Oct 26th we received another PPR mail asking to submit our passports which is in fact already submitted through VFS Bangalore and is being shown as per VFS website as being processed at NDVO. AS suggested by VFS, I enquired with New Delhi High Commission regarding our case thru the general enquiry email and next day itself got a reply saying that ours is a file number which refers to a case at the Consulate General of Canada in Bangalore and as advised I raised a CSE through web form directed to Bangalore office.

The very next day I got a reply from Bangalore office that the file number provided refers to a case at the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi and they also asked me to raise a CSE to NDVO which I did. I haven’t heard from NDVO since. All 3 passports are already submitted through VFS and is shown as being processed at New Delhi office from VFS website. What do I do??? Do I have to go to VFS just to submit the 2nd PPR mail so that I get the stamped passports back rather than both the Visa offices directing me to the other??? PLS HELP….

as far as i remember bachelor's degree is enough but it has to be send directly by the University. u can get the certified copies in sealed Uni envelope and then can send by urself

If you have any question....i will try to answer all your questions....
I am in Nigeria and received an ITA on the 18th of October 2017.Currently working on submitting my documents but have a major challenge; I will be attending a training in India for 3 months starting from the 25th of December 2017, Is there any way I can send my passport for stamping while in India and what is the legal implication of being in another country without your passport? can I also travel with my family's passports if it is possible to send from India? please assist

Work experience: Hi, I have 3 years work experience as a Phlebotomist before changing my career to Nursing with which i now have 1 year work experience. Is it appropriate to include both in my EE application as they are all within the last 10 years?

Hi, I'm from Indonesia and have 1 year NOC A foreign working experience. I have been studying for one year here in Canada and currently looking for job in Vancouver. I have been looking up for the FSW requirements and found a different information regarding the eligibility to apply for PR under FSW.

Aside from IELTS score and my current PGWP permit, would it be possible for me to apply for PR considering I only have one-year foreign working experience and one year study?

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi All,

QQ - I am currently working and have a 2 year 7 months experience, planning to create my express entry profile this month.
Do i mention my experience to be 2 years? Or do i round off to 3 years considering the whole process would take about 6 months and i would complete 3 years experience eventually.

The difference in years of experience is creating a significant difference in my CRS score.

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi All,

I managed to get my case reopened ... now im required to pay the fees back (it got refunded )

'Please follow the instructions on how to attach Payment of fees for an Express Entry application on our Website and to avoid any further delays, please provide us with the processing fees within 7 days from the date of this correspondence.'

The only instructions seem to point me to these links -

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/pay.asp

and

https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=10070

but it seems like I the only option to select is to 'Express Entry – additional spouse or dependent'

There does not appear to be an option for the primary applicant to pay back his fees ?

Is it alright if I make the payment through this and put the quantity as '2' so that I include all fees for myself and my wife?

Does it matter that the wording is not correct?

Any info will be appreciated.

IS FOLLOWING REPLY A AOR??
Congratulations. You are now a candidate for immigration to Canada.
You should think about how you will find a job in your field if you become permanent
resident. Starting now will give you and your family members the best chance at finding
a job that matches your skills, qualifications and work experience.

not to sound harsh but this is incorrect. AOR happens immediately after submitting the application and in no sense means PR is guaranteed.

The eservices is for RPRF fees. I'm assuming you got refunded for both? Where is that option you're talking about? Is it in the mycic account?

ECA results have nothing to do with your application processing time. what status are you talking about?

Yes I got refunded the processing fee and the RPRF fee. When you click on the second link , you can select .. express entry but the only option available is include your spouse / dependent to the application .. which includes both fees. Do you know any other section to pay the processing fee if it's refunded? .. once you make the payment I need to attach the receipt to the application ..(there is a place to upload)
