It is points based so 94 is not your age, but score out of 100. Take the English test.

My Total result is showing = 397 , which is above high for eligibilty , i dont need to take another english test which i did 2 yrs ago.

Once i submitted i get the message i am ineligible . That my problem i dont understand. The english test i did not mention it in my application because it past 2 yrs , i only mentioned my french test. Looking at my application could you highlight where did i go wrong ?

What is your selection factor score? You need 67 points to submit a profile. If eligible then you calculate CRS score. If you didn't do English test then you may not have 67 points.

I submited my selection factor score in the previous thread , please can you look at it , because now i am confused if its a selection factor score or not. Canada offer the opportunity for French peoples and english peoples , i am a french man who did french test , does the english test has to be a requirement to pass the EE ?

I don't see your selection factor score out of 100. I only see your CRS score which you calculate after you know you are eligible to submit a profile with at least 67 points.

Google - IRCC selection factor score

how one can calculate the selection factors.. is it a form entry type or do i individually calculate it myself ? i was proven eligible when filling up the EE Step, but when it came to the time to submit the final application in order to enter the pool, they send me a letter i am ineligbile .

After assessing those Criteria here is what i obtain:

- Language skills = First official language( French only) =CLB level 7 =24 points
-Education =Master of Business Administration (WES) = 23 points
-Skilled work experience =4-5 years =13 points
-age=32 yrs = 12 points

TOTAL = 72 points

these are my selection factors

I thought CLB7 was 16 points and you need CLB9 to get 24.

So you have CLB 9 or more in all sections for 24 points? Didn't see that in your French scores.

Now it make sense, thank you so much for all your assistances. Looking forwards to increase my point , should i assess my first master degree or bachelor with WES to add in my application ? is it going to increase my point , having two master degree to be submitted ? Since the selection factors only require 23 point ,will it make a different having two master degree?

You only get points for one masters with ECA. So 23 is the max.
