A lot of Pakistanis used one PCC, even my brother who also lived in 2 different cities. My brother is PR holder now. So don't get confused on this thing. Nobody can quote a single rejection for Pakistani candidate due to multiple address issues.
Thank You @anwar01

I have received AOR on 03-09-17(still early days), I agree with you, but what if I am able to get an amended PCC which mentions my spouse's before and after marriage addresses and send it across to CIC through CSE? would they consider it as a submission of incomplete application in the first place? since I submitted my spouse's PCC which had a missing before marriage address?

Please guide, and apologies in advance if I sound silly!:(

while searching on this topic, I have also read a case of a person whose application got rejected since his spouse's before marriage address was not mentioned on the PCCo_O!! whether her wife was residing in the same district in Pakistan before and after marriage is not mentioned in his post!
I was pretty much confident that there would be no need for multiple addresses for my spouse's PCC since we both live in the same District but after going through so many posts with varying opinions I am getting worried now!!

I have seen that thread you mentioned in your post regarding rejection. In my opinion his case was rejected as incomplete because his wife PCC was not covering the duration before marriage. It is not about address, it is about duration. The thing which are not in your control why are you getting worried about that. If you want to add another PCC in CSE, go ahead. At least it will give you some peace of mind.

Thanks again for your detailed reply!

Yeah seriously I wish Pakistan's PCC would have been like the one issued by the UAE not time bound, not location specific!

In the end it all comes down to peace of mind, after all that effort and wait nobody wants to get rejected!:)

Boss Congrats for your PCC. Please let me know which one is this Pakistan DPO? in which city is this? As far as I know one district has only one District Police Office (DPO) and you took your PCC from your permanent address district. Again you have also mentioned that they will not add any other district address on that. Then how you are claiming that PCC can be obtained from anywhere if that address is not mentioned in your ID card?

Secondly I have already mentioned here that from Pakistan only one PCC is required covering all duration since 18 years. Multiple PCC with multiple address is nor needed. Single address PCC is acceptable.
There is no need to be aggressive. Our purpose is to get a clear idea, yes my third address is from the same district but it was not mentioned on my CNIC, as you know very well that CNIC has only temporary and permanent address. Now I am going to apply PCC from Rawalpindi, where I studied for 4 years. I will update you when I get that or If I don't. But I called CPO Rawalpindi office and they told me once you get PCC from your permanent address district they will issue me PCC for Rawalpindi as well. I will update here once I get one.

True! You are absolutely right! but in my case I think its a little too late since I have already submitted my application based on the premise that since the same DPO is the issuing authority for both me and my wife it should not create any problem but yeah you never know they might flag this up!
P.S. The DPO never asked for my any travel history or the Marriage Certificate.
In my district, it was clearly written on notice board that married women need to submit their "Nikah Nama" as well, then I asked the officer at the window that would my wife's PCC include her address that is mentioned on Nikah Nama, and he said if it is from the same district then yes. I said it from the same district he said it will be mentioned and they did so. What I have observed is staff at DPO offices is very casual. They do not care much and we have to be wary of mistakes and let them know. Anyway, I never mean to scare you, I pray and hope you will get through this as your spouse's PCC covers the period since turning 18. All the best.

Brother Its not aggressive, Its about creating doubts for others. A lot of people are not living in Pakistan and can not run like you from one city DPO to other city DPO for multiple PCC. If you want to get multiple PCC, take it for your peace of mind. But it is not required. Only required thing is duration since 18 years.

Thank you, bro. I don't mean to harm anyone, my only intention is to present a clear picture. If I get PCC from Rawalpindi I will update everyone here. So that everyone knows if it is possible to get one from any other place than the permanent residence or not. After that it is everybody's own decision.

Thanks to both of you.:)

And yes the purpose is to help each other. As its said "Play Safe" and I would follow the same route, I can try my luck with CSE and sending them the updated PCC of my spouse which has her before marriage address as well. I hope it works InshAllah! I have read, it takes around a month for the CSE to become part of your file, I have no other option but to try!

Most of the rejections I have seen are caused due to incomplete period covered by the PCC. So lets give it a try!

Dear members,

I will second @anwar01 on the basis of my personal experience. Like you all I was also worrying about the multiple address issue, as I was issued PCC only according to my NIC addresses, and since I had two different addresses from two different districts, I got PCCs for both just to be on safe side. My PCC mentions only my present address and reads "No criminal record according to local police station XYZ". In spite of that I received the PPR. So, i think there should be no worries concerning this issue.

Dear Omar,

I agree. And thats why in the first place I was comfartable in submitting my spouse's PCC with the address as per the CNIC and no mention of before marriage address. I think it all comes down to addresses mentioned in the personal history as well, in case CIC cross verifies.

Anyways, I have thought a lot about it and concluded not to worry :Dbut just to play in safe mode I would upload an updated PCC which has my spouse's before marriage address as well through CSE.

That is a fast PPR. I have seen August AOR people are getting PPR within a month! Lucky people FSW one are. We, PNP applicants are still at same speed, min. 6 months for PPR if everything is alright.
