Background check stuck

I applied for visitor visa on 5th April 2022,my biometric and eligibility status completed but background check is stuck. Last update i have seen 19th April 2023.i applied from poland and i am Bangladeshi citizen. I don’t understand that what to do next. I have sent a webform to know about the actual status.

can you share your timeline when was your biometrics done and when did your eligibility complete?

what was your prupose of travel and how long were you going for on what dates?

they are working on backlogs so i believe in a week or two you might get to hear about it.

when did you send a webform to warsaw visa office? wait for 3-4 days for a response.
they are verifying your documents for whatever documents you submitted that were issued in Poland and checking their authenticity of them.
I think you will be hearing soon if the background check is completed.

I have sent that webform about 10 or 15 days ago.But they didn’t any response. Could you help me? What to do next.

Maybe contact them one more time through web form. if there is still no response from them, then you should wait. there is nothing you can do.

well, just ask them politely when the background check will be completed and when roughly can you expect a decision on your application. Be honest and to the point.
