NOC 4011 (Fee encashed & PER date)

My application for 4011 reached on 30th Dec, If i get in the cap , It means everyone gets in....
I feel we all have a chance as this is not a hot NOC.

I also have a hunch that CIC is becoming picky about the applications.
Correct me if i'm wrong here, The FSW2014 spread sheet has stopped updating after 31st dec.
I don't see a single new entry in NOC By fee encashed date tab.
Also, CIC has removed the application cap page for FSW 2014.

I read some where that with respect to CIC "No News is Good new"
So keeping my fingers crossed.
Keep you chin up folks, I'm sure we'l all make it.

Hello Guys,

I and my friend applied under 4011. My self-calculated points were 74, IELTS 7.5 and 6+ years full time univ teaching exp. My friend had 67 points. Both the apps were received at CIO on 9th October but no fee has been charged even after 3 months! My consultant says our apps wr perfect i.e no doc was missing and thr ws no question abt eligibility either. My CC is perfectly Ok. I've been using it regularly for online shopping n fee payments etc. and I always clear my due amount immediately keeping full credit available all the time. Just today I registered for a course and fee ws charged instantly. Anyone who faced or is facing the same situation? Does it mean that my app has not been accepted and I should stop waiting now? If so, how long will it take for me to get my docs back?

VERY UNUSUAL AND UNBELIEVABLE
my noc 4011 - i sent the application from india on 18th December and my DD got charged on Friday - i came to know this via my bank today [ saturday in India ],
this is very unusual and i cant believe it myself.
Anyone please explain this, my application for NOC 4011 was received at CIC only on 24 th december, i sent it from india on 18th December and my DD got charged on Friday.
This is the communication that I received from my bank ICICI Bank through Royal Bank of Canada today,

would u plz help me, i feel terrible!!!!
i just got to realize the importance of main duties in the reference letter
i applied as the university lecturer. the letter includes 4-5 main duties mentioned in the NOC the more important of which e.g teaching to undergraduates and research were mentioned in the letter.
do u think it is enough or my file would be rejected?!!!

My friend applied under NOC 4011 in September and application reached cic on 12th sep 2104. Till date no per mail and no information on DD encashment, the bank is HDFC India, very poor service. Got UCI from CIC on Phone, but no status on ECAS. It looks that They are slow on NOC 4011.

I have seen lots of guy from NOC 4011 applied in October getting PER. I have applied on 29th September and my bank informed me that my DD has been cashed on 15 December. I know CIC is acting weirdly. But, as people from my NOC who applied after me is getting PER; Should I be worried?

I am the applicant on 1st Oct. and the fee was deducted on 17th Dec. But until now i have not received my file number. I do not know what the PER is. My agent told me that after the deduction of payment, i just needed to wait for the file number.

Did you get your UCI from the CIC by calling them? You meant that your payment was not deducted but you got the UCI, right? Can you give me some advices? I have not got my UCI until now, but the payment had been deducted on 17th Dec. And i am the applicant of 1st Oct. UCI is the same with the File Number? Thanks a lot! Best wishes for you!!!
