My friend applied under NOC 4011 in September and application reached cic on 12th sep 2104. Till date no per mail and no information on DD encashment, the bank is HDFC India, very poor service. Got UCI from CIC on Phone, but no status on ECAS. It looks that They are slow on NOC 4011. Regards,

Hi Please let me I sent the application for FSWP by courier to wrong address. P.O. BOX 7500 Sydney, NS B1P 0A9 Canada What is the solution, it has been over 3 months. No information. The courier airway bill tracker shows deivered. Please advise, if any one had been successfull. Regards
