I am sorry for your troubles but as everyone said you can't get his PR revoked.

If the two of you can not make your marriage work then you need to let him go and wish him well or the pain and anger and thoughts of revenge will eat you alive.

Your issue now is that you are financially responsible for your husband until February 2014 and this is what you need to be concerned about.

Can this guy financially support himself for the next couple of years in Canada? If not you have to be preparing yourself to do so. It sucks but it is what you signed up for.

Remember he is in the stronger position so you have to mitigate any damages he can do. And that means playing nice as best you can.

PS I am assuming he isn't beating the crap out of you and it was just a simple breakdown of a 5 year relationship that sadly does happen.

Tim271 has a post on this forum explaining how he married in 2007, received PR in Feb 2011 and is now afraid to go out of the country because his wife is threatening go cancel his PR. Wonder if the two posts are related. Even if not, it gives perspective of the same type of situation from both sides.
If anything given the extreme similarity of the way tim and this person post (starts off with "hello everyone", uses spaces instead of periods, very little capitalization, many spelling errors, multiple posts in a row giving thanks to responders), I'm putting my money on the OP being an forum alt account of tim.

At best he's insecure about what will happen to him, seeking out answers from a different angle, at worst, up to no good. I'm not sure but am hardly surprised at either scenario.

This topic is interesting. Here i am lonely, waiting and stressed about having to prove that my marriage is genuine at my ADR so that i can be with my husband and someone is trying to get their husband removed from the country. Instead of trying to make your marriage work out, you are looking for revenge. Lord have mercy!!

What do you not understand? He is a PR so you cannot have CIC just "cancel" his immigration. The only way for them to do that is if he commits a felony or if he is convicted for immigration fraud, that is it. Now I know you want to take your "revenge" because you're hurt, but you cannot do anything, so just get over it.

Didn't you read the undertaking agreement before you sign it??
It doesn't matter how many years you've been together, or this or that....it's just related to what you signed before when you sponsored him.

Why can't you just listen to/or try to understand what everyone here trying to tell you?? or you're just looking for the answer you want.
If you think that people here not giving you the info then call the government or hire a lawyer, maybe you'll feel better.

It is relationships and situations like this that cause the process to be so difficult and stressful to those of us who really deserve to be together.

The fact of the matter is:
You signed an agreement when you sponsored your husband, and it is your fault if you didn't fully understand (or care to understand) what responsibilities you were agreeing to. It doesn't matter if he was lying or scamming you. The regulations do not change. I understand that you husband didn't turn out to be who you thought he was, but that is your own fault. If he was violent towards you, contact the police. If not, count your loses, do what you're obligated to do by law, and move on. Do better next time.

Whatever story , but one get his PR only because he marry to Canadian PR/citizen .
If he later got problem with his/her spouse then he /she free to finish relationship and should get back to his own country , free to apply for PR on his own merits .
There are some new rules in the pipeline where the sponsored spouse will get a probationary PR for 2 years and they must still be together for it to be extended to a normal PR. Still hasn't happened though and I am sure they will not make it retroactive for people who already got their PR so once more, there is nothing she can do to revoke the PR of her husband. Besides, it seems they were together for many years so I am sure it was not a marriage of convenience.

Let it go. Nothing good will come of this and you will only feel more hurt. It's better to have loved and lost, then to have never loved at all.
