I copied your idea of creating three separate envelopes. :) Thank you for the tips.

Thank you so much for your time to explain all these. As we almost always traveled by ourselves, we don't have many photos taken together. ;-(

How did u organized online chat logs? We mainly communicate through chat app but also used skype, google hangout, viper etc.
Plus, the phone number kept changing over the time, so do u suggest focus on most recent info? (God, I don't even remember the phone number like back in 2006.)
TIA
I never did a write up and my application was okay. I don't think it is necessary to write an essay or write-up. As long as you can prove that the relationship is genuine that's all that matters.

Your feedback and sharing of experiences really helped. A small question: What kind of paper I should use to print out all the forms? I meant 80 gsm or 100 gsm as they said to use bond quality paper. What does that really mean?

Any feedback is much appreciated!

Thank you for your prompt reply! Actually I meant the weight of the paper not the size. 80 gsm is fine, right? Or should I use 100gsm?

it doesn't matter about what weight the paper is. standard issue printer paper works perfectly fine. i'm not sure where it states it needs to be "bond" paper? there are no rules about paper weight in the application, as far as i know.

Thank you both! A trail question I forgot to ask: I made color copies of my certificates and transcripts and notarized them. Is it okay to notarize or I have to send them without notarizing? Also color copies are fine, right?

I think both are fine. Colour copies and notarized shouldn't be a problem at all. Try not to fret so much! :)

Hello there, need clarification from seniors to fill up IMM 0008_3e. I have more than 4 years experience in Business Analyst (NOC-2171). Got three job titles Business Analyst, Team Coordinator, Senior Business Analyst. All the job titles had similar responsibilities which fall into IT Business Analyst. As Business Analyst I worked for 8 months, Team coordinator-2 years 11 months, Sr. business analyst-11months. If I add all months it becomes 4 years 6 months.

1. Section 3a In the occupation box I wrote Business Analyst and mentioned NOC 2171. Is it okay?
2. in section 3 b) I mentioned three job titles as occupations and their corresponding duties started with the first title. In Years of Experience I mentioned less than 1 year, 2 yrs but less than 3 yrs and less than 1 yr. In total it is more than 4 yrs. Will they consider it as 4 years and above?
3. I mentioned NOC 2171 for all my job titles (Business Analyst, Team Coordinator, Senior Business Analyst). Is it okay?

Wow! The organization of your package puts mine to shame! haha! Very beautiful, thank you for sharing!

I didn't realize the barcodes were supposed to be on the front of the application. I just put everything in exactly the order it said on the checklist. We also just put the photos in a small envelope and dropped them in the back of the stack of papers in our 3rd envelope. I'm feeling reassured by the posts saying that organization isn't too important, but a little bit nervous that maybe I didn't read the guide closely enough...

Hi Everyone:)

I'm having a dilemma here...we're almost done with our inland spousal sponsorship application and by looking at our documents it measures 5 inches thick. I don't know if there is an envelope that will fit all these papers...I'm thinking of putting them in a box. I've found one from Canada Post. Will this be alright? Any input will be appreciated. Thank you very much:)

Yes, you can put it in a box. There are large plastic envelopes though that should fit it.
