Best to call CIC to ask about this. If you have failed your test, they would at least say so, and you would have a second chance to take the test.

In my case we had to take tests at the same time with my wife. A friend drove us to the CIC office and looked after the little one while we were writing the test. CIC strongly advised not to bring the kids/babies to their office if there's no one to look after them.

Similar story happened to us. Our baby was denied to the airplane because she had a foreign passport and a birth certificate. Thankfully we were able to get a Canadian passport for her in 7 days in Europe.
