Much appreciate your response! One question though. When the application was open (i.e. before December 24th) what did the family category say? Did it have "Parent/Grandparents" as an option, or was PGP all under "Other Relatives"?

Thanks Scylla. The portal is still open for submissions, but expectation is that it'll be returned to us, at least that's what all official IRCC web pages say. We'd surely hope to get to a human somehow and ask for help.
