Hi all, in attempt to request for refund for an unprocessed application, it seems that the IRCC web isn't working right all.
First I went to: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/refund.asp
Then I chose all the right selections, then did the Sign In to my account. All I see are:
1. Change password
2. Change your email
3. Continue to online services.
And when I clicked on the Continue to online services button, I get redirected to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application.html, which I'd have to click on "Request for Refund" link again and looped back to the beginning - having to make all the right selections and sign in yet again...
Is this normal?
