Medical report have one year validity.lcsxwtian said:Oh OK thanks. But I believe timing is very important, isn't it? Apparently no one wants to submit a medical result and have it expire, correct?
And another thing. The upfront medicals don't speed up the process. It's always better to wait until you get the request from CIC.canadavisa13 said:i also would like to add that if you intend to do upfront medical you need to make sure that you have a strong application otherwise it will be a waste of money.
be aware that some doctors do not do upfront medical and i ask for CIC request because it is done online now and the form you will get from CIC contains a barcode which will get scanned by the doctor,if you find a doctor willing to make sure you provide them with your file number and UCI along with the category under which you have applied.
good luck.
Out of curiosity why is that?nov1061 said:And another thing. The upfront medicals don't speed up the process. It's always better to wait until you get the request from CIC.
There were many cases (applicants from this forum) when the CIC was not able to locate the medical results (additional delay).fenwick100 said:Out of curiosity why is that?
