Yes,,its 2years now since i sent my application,and its been a year since i sent my ARC too,,i dont know if they Open already .,because my lawyer told me before christmas that my ARC is still on review ,,till now no update

It will be 2years now this march our application,,same like you waiting for the result ARC, we have lawyer and also he told us that theres no timeline for the processing of ARC

That's the thing I don't understand ,, if what's that mean,,actually I submitted 3weeks ago i should say..then they sent me a letter that I'm eligible to sponsor ny husband and they transfer the application to vienna.actuall we have lawyer helping us..

Yes aftet decision made they ask my client history update and til now no news ,, thats what I'm planning to do to follow up and write a letter..very stressful with what they doing.

Thanks for your comments,, I don't have any interview yet,, I'm so stress because most of my single friends got their PR already and me waiting forever,, and take note I'm 6-12 months ahead when I passed my application. I keep calling cic every week but they said that 38 months is the processing...

Your right they sent it to me my client history update form same time with my 1st approval letter with me, last feb 2013.if I send a letter regarding my case , do you know which address? Are you the same case with me? Thanks goodluck to you too,,
