i landed two weeks ago at airport, today when i called cic to change address, they told me the boarder office never keyed my infomation to the system!!!! so cic said they my card won't be issued until they get this sort out! which means that my card wont be mail to mean untill another 6-8...

today it changes to We received your application for permanent residence on August 31, 2012. We started processing your application on May 22, 2013 Does it means that they just start process my applicaton on 22nd?? I thought i already pass the eligibilities since i got my ME
