There is no set time lines for PPR after MR.
It depends on how fast your MR results reach CIC and also Other checks like Criminality etc are clared
Once your MR results reach and assuming that there are no issues with MR , it may take between 2 weeks to 2 months based on some of the stats from this forum.
Few applicants have got PPR after 3-4 days Medical Results have reached CIC and few are waiting even after 2 months.
