am i safe after ME and biodata?
Just wonder if anyone got declined after ME?
what are the reasons of decline?
my work reference letter should already pass eligibilities?

You've likely passed eligibility (i.e. based on experience/language), but you could be denied on criminality/background. However this would be unlikely.

I wouldn't quite pop the champagne bottle until your landing is complete, but it is a good sign once you reach these points.

yes, because in the email of the biodata, it clearly says that This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted.
so i guess it all depends my medical results and crminal record ?
