It would be good to visit their website to see what sort of experience they consider for employment. if you were a visiting staff, were you working for full day over there? if you show one experience and that is part time make sure they consider that as full employment and qualify it otherwise...

Yesterday i received an email asking for updated documents within 60 days. So recently what is happening? Will I receive the same request through mail as well? also the original documents will be returned now or when they receive the updated docs?

How did you manage to convince your employer for getting study leave. Probably that is why you received your visa. IF others who will have to resign and apply with dual intent it might not be that easy.
