Updated docs have been returned to LVO on 3rd April 2012, when should we expect the medical request? what could be the ideal scenario? when should one get ready for MR?

You can receive MR within 1-3 months from the date when your updated documents being received by LVO.

since i have been asked for updated docs, i have also been asked to fill 2 forms again. has anybody else been asked to do the same? also what is UCI (point 3 on the generic form). Thanks

ohh sorry for asking u the timeline.. i saw on the list that u applied back in 2009, so i think your case should be ready to process further now...
since your bfd date is end of May, i think there is high chance that u will get MR in the end of May or early June!!!
can i ask how much u sacored in IELTS and how muich experience u have in your noc?

Normally CIC ask for following updated docs
[PCC, RPRF, Photos, IMM0008 Generic, IMM5406, IMM5669].
Leave the UCI column blank if you don't have it. Pre-June 2010 applicants don't have UCI number.
UCI = Universal Client Identification Number.
