I think for new applicants the English proficiency test is must, but for the old applicants like us, we already provided the evidence for almost all the requirements.

For proofs, i asked PMM same question whether to provide proofs, below was his reply "Just send what they asked for. They want to know what you have been doing since you applied originally." and also "You don't need new photos"
