Hi Dream23, what is meant by updated forms? what did u send? Also please tell us what is meant by initial assessment..you mean medicals? please share your experience.

updated forms are the same forms what u filed previuosly but just with additional information ,if any, (eg. new address, birth of child, new passport etc).
I am not sure exactly what is initial assesment, but this is what others say

right now i think to file in both formats, the old one and the new one with bar codes.
they can choose what they want.

Friends, now i have a question.please,help.
IMM8 schedule 3 asks about language proficiency (question 6)
i took ielts but that was 3 years ago. do i still need to attach old copy of it as they ask in the form?
(they have original) what u plan to do?

Actually I did adance medical two months back.Today suddenly I got mailed that your RRPF is outstanding and for further processing they need updated form.
I checked with ottawa eralier they uploaded my medicall result.

Lets see what hapends next
