Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

Hellow everybody. I need someone who has done BA in arts from Punjab University (2 years) and got WES evaluation done in 2017?

I have a weird problem. I created WES account; paid their fees and sent all Board and HEC attested documents from FA, BA, MPA till MS. In response WES just sent an email in which they say thay all documents are accepted EXCEPT BA Result card.

Their remarks are as below;

Reason: The document received only contains a partial record of your study program. Subjects taken and grades earned for part of the study were not included.

Instructions: Please resubmit a complete document that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of the program according to the requirements for your country of education. Refer to Required Documents.

I think this is because they need a year by year mark sheet but not sure if PU issues such mark sheet. Can someone please guide?

I need to know that my wife has done FSC and now doing BS , so am I supposed to send her inter certificates for evaluation? I mean it it worthy to send her inter documents and also tell me that should i send her transcripts of previous 3 semesters that she has done as now she's doing fourth semester... please guide me

Yes it is confirmed that CES needs only higher education degree. But time frame as per there website is as below

Processing Times
Due to the high volume of applications received, the current estimated processing times are as follows:

Educational Credential Assessment Report
General Use: 9 weeks
Immigration: 17 weeks

Please note that the estimated processing times do not include statutory holidays and the University’s year-end closure and are subject to change without notice.

The estimated processing time for applications begins on the date that the application and all required official documents from the awarding bodies are received and accepted by our office. These processing time frames do not include delivery.

So, my wife's education (FSC) will not give us any points?
and the time frame of assessment for immigration purpose is 17 weeks in all organisations? Either IQAS or WES?

I have got my HSC certificate and Mark sheet attested by IBCC KHI office. I ask them to place in envelope sealed and stamp. It was placed in IBCC envelope with tape on the flap and stamp on the tape.I have collected the envelope and send it to WES thru TCS by myself.
Yesterday I got an email from WES that the documents are not accepted reason "The document was not received from the institution or the appropriate examining body that awarded the degree/diploma as required by WES".

Please advise what should I do now ,how should I send it to WES ?
Would really appreciate your advise and guidance.

I heard from my friend that WES gives you fewer points as compared to CAS, is it true? can anyone tell me if there's a difference in points for each of these designated organizations and which one is the best to go with? i am thinking to go for ICAS because there procedure is easy and fast.

I am planning to come to Karachi next week to get my educational docs attested from Matric till Degree from University of Karachi. i would really appreciate if someone can tell me the process. I am only there for a week. I read some feedback here looks very helpful. I read above some saying CES is better than WES in terms of getting points? is this possible?

I would really appreciate if someone can put me in right direction that I can get these done by visiting Matric/Inter Board and University of Karachi.

Hi ... i want to get the photocopies of my degrees attested.... for CES... but on hec website.... after the registration on hec portal.. it is required to complete your profile, in the education tab .. im trying to add the details, my B.A honors degree program they are asking about Program Title.. that is B.A honors.... i have tried it multiple times .... it keeps on saying THE VALUE IS NOT VALID... anyone else is facing this issue ? please help

The Express Entry system gives you points. WES or ICAS do not.
