    Also keep in mind that WES's requirements vary country to country. For myself, I have similar situation. I will receive my PhD from Iran but my undergrad degree is from Pakistan. I had impression that one should get ECA for the highest degree (or the degree for which one is claiming the points)...

    Well it seems that both of these NOC are correct. But what is more important is that your JDs should match with NOC's Main duties and Employment requirements (ie educational background + work experience). Also make sure that your letter of experience shall fit NOC's description. Best of luck.

    I have not created my EE profile yet, so I can't comment with much certainty. Based on my reading, you can create another profile and leave old one as it it. It will be deleted after one year by the system. But! Can't you just update your new score in the existing profile???
