  4. I don’t think this post will ever valid for 2018/2019 applicants and after. Since I got AOR from 2018 March and I got nothing updated, even no MR.

The GCMS note on 2019 Apr. 12 shows that my file has no problem, but nothing has been started yet!!

  9. Hi guys, Please I really need your help!
I have submitted mpnp paper based permanent residence application two weeks ago; and I have found that I have not included Background declaration form for my spouse. Is there anything I can do or just wait for the application to be returned as incomplete?

  10. @TommySan

My ADR was Schedule A form - does that also indicate any flaws with application. Also, they sent a request on 27th August and I shared the document by 28th August 2018.

It has been nearly 9 months and I still haven't heard form the CIC regarding anything (Example : More additional information etc.). My previous two queries to the CIC got answered "Everything is fine with your documents. If we need any information, we would let you know in case a decision is made or any additional information is required."

I have ordered for my GCMS notes and they should be here in the second week of May.

Please can you let me know your thoughts on the same?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Tanny

  12. Hello guys, my application is taking way too long I sponsored my husband in June 2017 from Pakistan. He received his prearrival letter last year in October 2018 and has his remedial done prior to that. His background check started in November 2018. Since that I haven’t heard anything from immigration. I contacted MP many times and had inquiry done. I email the minister. Nothing helped me so far they are keep saying we are processing your application we will send you email if we need any documents from you,, what else I can do it’s been so long, it’s so frustrating so painful , can’t even describe in words. Plz suggest me anything that can help in my case. What is the maximum time they take for background check.

  13. Hi . I am 2 November bcpnp applicant. My application status is same after medical pass . Background check still not started. I called CIC today and agent said your eligibility still under process. I cant understand where they are taking so long time to pass eligibility.

  14. Hi Tommy,

I am an inland applicant and my AOR is 02-May-2018. My current status is Eligibility: Recommend passed and security : Not started , everything else is passed (this status is not changed since august,2018). All my documents are proper and no fake. Could you please suggest what might cause this much delay. it's more than one year for me, i know many people who got PPR within 3-4 months having same eligibility as me. Any suggestions pls...

  15. Thank you Tommy for the great explanation. I’m now 19 months and two weeks with no decision made yet. IRCC requested only a photocopy of my wife’s valid passport over 50 days ago. They did so because the one they have will expire in less than 6 months. I provided it right away and didn’t hear anything from them. Do you think everything is OK? Based on what I read, I’m stuck at IP2. Appreciate your response. Thank you.
