Thank you for your response, Yes I used the old EMPLOYMENT OFFER NUMBER for the second application. And the Employer has just confirmed receiving the refund from the 1st application. Did not know every new application requires a new Employment number / Compliance fee.
Why do you think I can’t withdraw the application?
Can I write my Primary and Secondary Offices to advise them of this and as well raise webforms?
If I writing them , Can I request my Employer is paying the Fee and generating a new Employment number or should my message be request to withdraw my application?
I would suggest you contact your employer If he can make the payment online you send the new number via webform with LOE that it was refunded
