You may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date.

We send messages to your account if we need something from you. When we do that, we'll also send you an email to this address:.

Learn more about what to expect while you're waiting for us to process your application.

did any of you received the above message? I received 4 of them this morning.Curious to know if this is a general message they have sent everyone or does it mean anything.

Begin the process - Expression of Interest - Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program – Skilled Worker Overseas
that was what they said
How are you eligible for this program - Manitoba Supporter (family or friend who lives in province), Manitoba experience or Manitoba invitation (job offer through recruitment mission in your country that haven't been held in a long time).

Dear Chigozie,

Thank you for filling out the Canadian immigration assessment form on CanadaVisa.com. The Campbell Cohen Law Firm appreciates the opportunity to assess your eligibility for immigration to Canada.

Having carefully reviewed your career and education history, we are impressed with your experience as a car mechanic, as well as with your Post-Secondary Diploma. We have also noted that you have gained over one year of work experience and have a connection to the Canadian province of Manitoba.

Based on the information you have provided, you appear to possess the qualifications needed to submit an Expression of Interest under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Skilled Worker Overseas Stream - Human Capital Pathway. Manitoba's Expression of Interest (EOI) system is different from Canada's federal Express Entry application management system.

Selected Manitoba EOI candidates can obtain Canadian permanent residence after being nominated by the MPNP. While we would be happy to assist you in submitting the strongest profile possible under the MPNP, hiring a lawyer is optional and not a requirement.

Manitoba Expression of Interest Process
-----------------------------------------------------------

Manitoba's EOI system involves a three-step process. In step one, potential candidates make an expression of interest in immigrating to Manitoba by answering a series of questions and creating an online profile. The profiles of eligible candidates are placed in the Manitoba EOI pool with other eligible candidates and are assigned scores based on answers provided. Candidates are ranked according to the unique MPNP Ranking Points system and given a score out of a maximum of 1,000.

In step two, the highest-scoring candidates may be invited to apply to the MPNP. When a candidate is drawn from the EOI pool, he or she receives a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA). After receiving a LAA, candidates will have only 60 days to submit a complete and accurate application to the province of Manitoba.

In step three, after obtaining a nomination from the province of Manitoba, a candidate then submits his or her complete paperwork to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and requests Canadian permanent residence. Our law firm would be pleased to assist you throughout all three stages of this process.

Eligibility Criteria for MPNP Candidates
---------------------------------------------------------

To be eligible for the Skilled Worker Overseas Stream - Human Capital Pathway, candidates must:

* Obtain a minimum of 60 points out of 100 in Manitoba's five-factor points assessment grid;

* Demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba, either through the support of a close relative, or by having previous education or work experience in the province, or by receiving a LAA directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative; and

* Have at least 6 months of work experience in an occupation that is 'In-demand' by the province of Manitoba. The occupation list can be viewed https://www.canadavisa.com/manitoba-skilled-worker-immigration-stream.html#indemand ; and

* Have completed a minimum of one post-secondary program of at least one year (Canadian equivalent); and

* Demonstrate the requisite language proficiency for their occupation by way of a standardized English or French language test acceptable to the Canadian government. A Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 7 is required for Regulated Occupations, a CLB of 6 is required for Compulsory Trades, and a CLB of 5 is required for all other eligible Managerial, professional or technical occupations.

About Manitoba
-----------------------

Located between the provinces of Ontario and Saskatchewan, the province of Manitoba is in many ways the gateway to Western Canada. With an economy based largely on natural resources and agriculture, it is a driver of Canada's wealth. Manitoba's population of approximately 1.3 million is located largely in and around the capital city of Winnipeg. Manitobans benefit from tight-knit communities, a stable labour market, and sweeping natural wilderness. We invite you to learn more about Manitoba on our website at: http://www.canadavisa.com/about-manitoba.html

Be Proactive
------------------

While you may be selected from the Manitoba EOI pool without any additional ranking points, we invite all our clients to benefit from our familiarity with Manitoba's Ranking Points to learn how to take steps towards achieving the highest score possible.

Our Service
-----------------

We work with our clients to:

- quickly submit an accurate profile and avoid misrepresentation (Manitoba has indicated that anyone who misrepresents may be subject to a two-year ban from applying under the MPNP);

- guide them in obtaining required documentation, such as language test results, that are needed to submit a profile under the MPNP;

- review their work history and credentials, so that they may claim all the MPNP ranking points that they are entitled to;

- take steps towards increasing their MPNP ranking system score; and

- prepare supporting documents in advance so they can react quickly if they receive a LAA (candidates only have 60 days to apply once they receive an ITA).

Notice
---------

There are many potential benefits and rewards in beginning to work with our law firm today. However, there remains a risk. In spite of our best efforts, you may not receive a LAA under the MPNP.

The Next Step
---------------------

We can set up a file and start collecting your documents as soon you have agreed to our retainer agreement and submitted the first installment of attorney fees.

That is just an email from the law firm that moderates this forum. You haven't applied for anything just asked for information, and they have responded.

Hi All,

I Applied for CANADA WP on June-03,2021(Submitted application)-LMIA Exempt-NOC code-2283.
Biometrics completed on July 12,2021.
Medicals upfront completed.
Waiting for PPR letter.

From some of the comments above i can see that for Noc code-2283 they are not considering for GSS. My province is BC.

Total processing time in IRCC site is mentioned as 30 weeks now. So from biometrics till today 13 weeks got completed. Does it mean i have to wait 17 more weeks to get PPR letter? Can you all provide your views.

Thanks.

Congrats. It will surely come. Except your daughter is a US citizen. What country did you apply from?
