Hi guys I was busy and therefore i did not online in this forum...

Here is my timeline

Application applied for closed wp = 19 feb 2019
Bio matrics done on 24 feb 2019.
Medical Request on 28 Nov 2019.
Medical done on 10 Dec 2019
Hospital sent to ircc 17 Dec 2019
Medical update on 19 Dec 2019
Passport request on 23 Dec 2019
Passport submit to VAC on 10 jan 2020 ( late because i was in turkey)
Passport received with visa on 16-Jan-2020.
Arrival in Canada on 19-jan-2020

Does NOC 2173 comes under LMIA exempt category? or are there more than one criteria for LMIA exempt?

I have applied work permit application on 11 December 2019 and biometric done on 13 December, still no update from cic, it's been 64 days and processing time showing 5 weeks

i submitted my application last dec.13
biometrics december 17
the time that i applied said 9weeks processing time, but when i checked it now it says 95 days.
i didn't hear anything from them since im done on my biometrics.
very frustrating since i have my deadline on my new job .

I am in Canada, however my lawyer filled an online application at NY VAC.
Applied on Jan 27
Biometric request on Jan 29
Biometric collection on Jan 30
Since then no update
