Dear All,

I need to know that I have over 10 years of experience in Customer Service, Quality Assurance & Service Quality of Banking & Financial Institution but my MBA is in Supply Chain Management. Am i still eligible for Canadian express entry program or do I need to get relevant Job experience?

Would appreciate responses on this query.

Regards
Waqas

Hi I am a PR of Canada and moving there in March.
My sister wants to apply for PR but the problem is she is Msc chemistry and her experience is from a private bank. Will her experience be counted valid for getting an ITA and further process?
We are getting different answers from different agents and getting confused. Please reply soon!

"Relevant job experience" is that which is classified as "skilled" - having an NOC at level O,A, or B. See the ESDC website -

http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/welcome.aspx?ver=16

Level O, A, or B -
http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/NOC/Matrix2016.aspx?ver=16

If you are working in a regulated occupation (e.g. you need a license to practice), you are expected to have there relevant education.

Depends on your job duties/responsibilities (NOC). Engineering is partially regulated, and there is some expectation usually of having an appropriate education. But it all depends on what exactly you are doing.
