In medical letter they also ask for fee as well... so did both on Friday
This is also a bit unusual... they usually send the two in separate emails.
They may be received on the same day but in different emails...

that is weird, they usually send 2 desperate emails 1 for medical request with attachment and the other 1 will be for RFPR request.

can you please copy paste the email you received for medical and RFPR ?

I see where you are going with this...
In any case, even if they sent her the RPRF email, I think the VO can still reject the application based on her eligibility.
As I mentioned, it would be difficult to simply argue that they have already confirmed her eligibility until they issue PPR or CoPR.

I think it may be helpful if you could copy&paste their rejection email.
Unless you have any proof of your role/responsibility, the appeal process may be challenging and unsuccessful as well.
In that case, the only approach may be to reapply with new experience...

me too, I have been waiting for PPR from Feb 22 after medicals uploaded.I don't even see status as Medicals received in E-CAS. I contacted CIC via email and got confirmation that my medicals are received and in-progress.

My case is even worse than yours guys. I got MR on Dec 16 and did my medicals on Jan 8. Doctor submitted results to CIC week after. Bot still no "medicals received", no PPR...

My ECAS shows In-Process:
We received your application for permanent residence on March 7, 2013.
We started processing your application on December 9, 2013.

Contacted CIC by email last week. Thay just responded:
Your application is in process in Ottawa where it is currently being reviewed by an officer. No further action is required by you at this time.
An immigration officer will be in contact with you if any further correspondence is needed.

This makes me crazy... I don't know what to do...

We also no update in ECAS after medical and RFRP paid. Our medical done March 5 & 7, uploaded by our doctor March 10 & 12. Paid RFRP Feb 16, 2014, June 6, 2013 CEC application. Ecas no update if they received our medical.

Last April 10, I send an email if they receive our medical attaching medical receipt, no reply. I follow up another email april 15, just automatic reply only. Some people told me that in my email i should mention or attach a copy of emedical & IME number so they easily trace our medical. So is it possible for me to send another email by 1st week of May? I was thinking they might get irritated for sending too much follow up.

I requested also notes now.

You should order your GCMS notes.
The notes will likely provide some details on which stage your application is in.

Hi all,

I've done my medical check on Mar 19. 2014, and the doc confirmed that she sent to Ottawa on Mar 21, and I received RFPR on Mar 24 and paid it the same day.....
But I'm still waiting for PPR, my online status is still " In Process" since Mar 18....
I emailed CIC asked whether they received my medical result, but they just replied "Yes, we receviced your medical result"!
I also ordered GCMS note in mid Apr....
I've been waiting over a month, and I've no idea what can I do for that but wait....
It drives me crazy......
