Received medical request for super visa even though upfront medical provided

Hi,

I've applied for super visa for my mother and did upfront medicals after the submission of application and submitted webform with results.

I received a message a few days back that medicals are passed and I see the update in the application. However, on the same day, I also received a medical letter (IMM1017) with instructions with a different IME number, asking to do the medical exam within 30 days.

Do I need to inform again IRCC that medicals are completed or do I need to re-book medicals?

Please suggest, if anyone was in the similar situation in the past. Thanks

To be 100% would send a webform highlighting that she submitted upfront medicals and that they had already passed. This is an issue with the tech part of the application and we see this once in a while.
