When do we actually see the document checklist ??
I am being asked to fill eprofile again for all the applicants.

Just wondering if I fill, will it take me to checklist of documents??
If I get that far, will I be able to decline ??

I still have not made up my mind whether to proceed or decline..

Complete your online forms and then you will be able to see list of documents.
yes. You will be able to decline your invitation at any point. After filling forms, after uploading docs but before making payment.
