Received checklist after a year of application

I received a document checklist more than a year after I submitted my PR application. What does this mean? Do I need to resubmit all of the requested documents even though nothing has changed since I originally applied?

I had already provided these documents when I submitted my application, so I would appreciate clarification on whether they need to be submitted again
