Dependent child - sponsorship document checklist

My wife and I are PR holders. Our son was born in India. We recently applied for his TRV.
I am in the process of submitting a sponsorship application for him and confused about this question #6 in the document checklist:

6 . Declaration from Non-Accompanying Parent for Minors Immigrating to Canada (IMM 5604)
Are there any applicants under the age of 18 included in this application, who will receive an immigrant Visa?

I will be going to pick them up from India anyway as soon as his TRV is approved. Considering my situation, is the answer to this question would be "No"?

Hi, could you please help I am in the same situation and how did you do? Is it your wife who is outside canada has filed and notorized this form?
