Document checklist - Information about previous examination - Should I tick yes or no?

The very first question on the document checklist says:

Information about previous examination to be completed by the sponsor:
The person I am sponsoring was declared as my spouse or partner and was already examined as a non-accompanying dependent when I applied for permanent resident visa, and did not receive an immigrant visa (Note: if you have never applied for a permanent resident visa, answer no.)
I didn't become a PR by spousal sponsorship. I got it through Express entry. Does this apply to me? Should I tick yes or no for the question?

Were you married/common law when you became a PR? If so, was the spouse included as non-accompanying? If so - then the answer is yes.

I was not married when I became PR.

Then the answer is clearly no - was not declared as spouse and was not examined as non-accompanying.
