Husband and wife both are PRs , husband applied for PR for child born in India. Wife is staying in India with child.
We just got an email that our application is rejected because of
Consent and declaration:
- a parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of dependent child under 18
Does mother just type her name or write her relation as well? Eg XYZ (mother of abc)
Also is it better for father or mother to sign?
