Seems strange to me. I believe the draw has been postponed. They can't just announce one day that hey the draw is tomorrow. They will for sure leave some buffer between announcement and the actual draw date.

Why would they need to do that? If you have entered the pool, there is no reason to get lots of notice about the draw.

Yup! I was so sure it's gonna happen on 29th. CIC just surprises us all. Let's hope they declare the draw today.
