Landed on April 16, 2016. And no I was not asked to resubmit pictures.

I called them today and the agent confirmed that my card was mailed out today. Hopefully I'll get it in the next few days.

Oh that's great news. Congrats.

We are calling tomorrow. When I call they won't give me information since it is my husband's PR.

My wife's photos were received on April 25th and still waiting. Have you tried calling CIC and check the status?

Did she give you a reason as to why it will be delayed till 2nd week of July? From my personal experience, every single agent on the phone tells a different story and I would not be surprised if he/she also provided you inaccurate information. I think you will receive yours either this week of by the end of this month for sure!

She said there is a general delay in processing.

Looks like the 64-day benchmark is quite accurate. Hopefully I will have a good news when I call on Friday, my 64th day will be June 23.

I think the 64 day timeline (in my opinion) applies to the new cases. But our case is from April, we might be given first priority.

Well according to CIC rep, 64 days is for all irrespective of when you have landed.

I personally have a very negative experience with all the CIC agents since they all tell different stories. In of the other post, a CIC agent told one of the members that it will be delayed till July and then he received his card the next day.

If people who's pics were received in May have started getting PR cards then I guess I need to send the pics again ..anyone else in the same boat ..I sent my pics on 18th April through regular mail

I would strongly suggest to wait instead of sending new pictures. I think we might be getting it soon (maybe by the end of this week or even next week). I think resending new pictures might send you back in the queue and that would really suck!

According to the work permit time table, the processing time is the days between today and the day of which applications that they are processing. So it means that they are processing applications they received 64 days ago, which is your April batch.
For us June batch? No one knows when our applications will be processed, maybe shorter maybe longer than 64 days. Who knows.

I have landed at Calgary CIC office on May 10th. Waiting for my blessed pr card hehe :-* :P
