Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Hello friends,

I landed on 21st Jan 2016. I received a mail from CIC one month ago stating they need our pics for the PR card processing. Till i didn't get my PR card. Is there a way to check the status of PR card online...

Folks, quick question. I as primary applicant have received my PR card. However my wife who landed with me on the same day in Canada has not received it yet. Logically we both should have received our cards on the same day. Is this normal or has it happened to anyone else?

Any response is highly appreciated!

A difference of a few days is okay. My wife and I got our cards 4 days apart. Her PR card was issued 4 days after mine.
If the difference is more, like in my daughter's case, it is a problem. My daughter's card was not received with other cards, so I called CIC and found out that that there was some issue, and it took her card another one and a half month to arrive.

Hello Guys, I did short landing last April 08, exactly a month ago and have left Canada April 14. My PR Card was addressed in my cousin's address, I hope and pray that everything will go smoothly.

I have read the photo issues and for those who only did short landing, how are we gonna solve it in case?

Additionally, has anyone monitored ECAS change from Decision Made to Complete?

Is it after receiving of PR Card? Or any estimated time frame like one month after landing? Thank you all for your support.

No, my ECAS changed to complete on May 6, and added one more line: You entered Canada at xx location on xx date and became PR. I landed on May 1.

Awwww. Mine is still Decision Made. I landed April 08.

Mine still says Decision Made. Landed April 15th. Hopefully will get PRC soon

I guess this one doesn't matter, it depends on the officer who processed your application.. as long as you landed, you are official PR.

hi guys,
need your help for accessing ECAS.
have been trying to access ECAS for many days now, but i get the same message saying "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided...."
this is the same message that i have been getting since there was a problem in ECAS earlier this year. i tried accessing it using both, my exp entry profile no. and my UCI.
i can see that many of you are being able to access ECAS - what am i doing wrong?
i completed my landing on 29th april 2016. i know its too early to get the cards, but would like to see my status.
pls help.

If you want you can try to check but they update it very late. As I called CIC and they said your card has been dispatched day before yesterday but they didn't update the status of my address but yes they usually update it after 4 to 5 days.

I was landed on 18th March and hopefully i will receive my card today or tomorrow.

Quick question, Did anyone courier their PR cards from Canada to outside the country ?

Mins is Still Decision Made, I landed on March 25th, one thing which has changed is that my mailing address has disappeared any only my home address out of Canada is still there. Not sure what this means?
