Hi all. I am planning to land on July 2nd with my family “6 persons” at Toronto airport. I am PNP “ New Brunswick” applicant. I am planning to spend 50 days in NB. For the purpose of planning, can someone help me with some inquires:

- Can I land & complete my landing process on Saturday “July2nd”?
- Do I have to give NB address, or I can give any address in Canada?
- Does 50 days enough to get PRs?

Your time lines are pretty tight.

- Landing at toronto airport means that you can land as an immigrant at any time.
- I am not 100% sure on address thing.
- 50 days are NOT enough. If you get your PR card without photo request, then you might be able to get them in 50 days, but in your case you have 6 PR cards that you would have to wait for and they all come in separate envelopes.

Plz if anyone could help,

I hav some questions regarding filling PRTD form:

Questn 18 humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Do we hav to fill that question

Is residency obligation compulsory. Bcoz mine is 62 days since i became PR.

Is there a chance they cud reject PRTD? Seniors and others plz input ur info.

Thanks.

Just leave that blank. Read the NOTE on that application it says when you have to fill 18 question. You are not required since you became PR 62 days ago.

PRTD form says that if you are PR for less than 5 yrs n 730 days n if you do not meet residency obligation then u may hav to answer question 18 humanitarian and compassionate ground... Its confusing

Folks, quick question. I as primary applicant have received my PR card. However my wife who landed with me on the same day in Canada has not received it yet. Logically we both should have received our cards on the same day. Is this normal or has it happened to anyone else?

Any response is highly appreciated!

absolutely normal

I and my spouse landed on 16th March. On 5th May I got my PR card and spouse got a letter requesting two photos which I did same day. Hope they process my spouse card soon!

What did the letter state exactly? I have to resubmit photos for my spouse aswell - but I havent recieved the letter yet. I was thinking I should send the pictures + the supplementary information form and a copy of the COPR. Anything else?
