Received my PR card today, landed on March 14th, Niagara Falls. It took 49 days to get the card.

have you received your card yet? I re-submitted my photo pretty much the same day as you did.

Even my resubmitted photos were received by cic on april 6th and dont knw wat are they upto after that

Received PR cards today, issued on 26.04.2016. Photos reached CIC on March 04,2016. Landed on Dec 09,2015 at Toronto.

Hi,
Rcently I got my COPR attached with old size of photo.(I from visa-exempt country and cic didn't sent me ppr e-mail or told me to submit new photo)
My question is when I landing in border can I give the new size of PR card photo to CBSA officer to avoid any possible delay at my PR card? Will they take it or I should still need to wait for the re-submit photo request from Cic during the pr card processing?

beat my timeline
landed Oct 23 2015 (Emerson, MB)
Husbands PR card arrived late January 2016. Nothing for me or for our child (I was the main applicant)
Month later I got request for new photo.
Still waiting
The dumbest thing is, all our photos were taken at the same time at the same photographer and how come hubby's was okay and I had to do it again

became PR on December 24, 2015, and bought ticket to travel from May 21-31, assuming that 5 months will be enough to receive a card.
in March I got a request to send new pics, I did.
and now what?
2 weeks left till I am leaving to Russia, no PR Card yet, and when I call them they can not even confirm if they received my pics. no info at all..........
so frustrated, not to mention that I had to wait for my PR for 2 years! applied in Nov 2013, and became a resident in Dec 2015.

I would really appreciate any help in the matter.

We didnt recieve my wife's PR card for almost 3 months after landing, so I called CIC - and they told me that the photos didn't meet the specifications and that we have to resubmit them. The call center guy then emailed me the photo specification. - but the problem is, we didn't receive any official letter asking for the re submission of the pictures. Could anyone please tell us, how do we send the new pictures to CIC? Do we just send the pictures and the Supplementary Identification form (IMM 5455)? DO we need to send anything else? How would they know the application number or the UCI based on this form only (since it doesn't have any space to write them).

I would really appreciate any insights. Anyone who has re-submitted their pictures, could you please tell everything we need to send??

From the name, date of birth and landing date, It would be sufficient informations to grab your files. One has to put even more information in IMM 5455. like hight eye colour etc..

Hi Everyone - So I landed on Mar 27 at Pearson and waiting for my PR Card.
I have to travel to Europe in few days - what are my options?
One possible option is to continue using my work visa which did not get canceled when I landed - can I use that to get on a flight and show COPR to the immigration officer once in Toronto? Thanks.
