Hi,

Has anyone received their cards after resubmitting photos? We landed on October 18 and Just resubmitted photos that should reach them by Feb 15th (in a week's time). I wonder if there are people who resubmitted photos and got their cards after that? When I called CIC, they said that it can take anywhere up to 6 months and that freaks me out! I hope they don't put us back in the line (as if we landed Yesterday)!

Guys, I checked with customer care today and they said my case is under process. Any idea how true this might be

Also, to be prepared for worst case, does anyone know what proof needs to be submitted for Travel document?

Did you get photo resubmission request from CIC? If yes then you should wait, if no then please call CIC you should've gotten your PR card by now according to (105 days + mailing time ) processing time.

I landed on October 12, 2015 in Alberta, and received my card on January 28, 2016. Based on the issued date, it looks like it took about a week to be delivered.

Canadian Gov. always uses regular non-trackable lettermail.

Is it possible to track the letter posted from CIC? The CIC agent said the mail has been sent on jan 30 for photo retake request, But we are yet to receive it.

i did called 2 times last week, they keep saying due to system change there are some delays in card processing for certain people and i did ask them for photo re-submit as well but they said at this point there is nothing require from my side.
