Cards were delivered to my brother's address in canada.

Friends....
Landed 10th october at pearson toronto.
Got pr cards for me, my wife and 2 daughters today i.e., 22nd january 2016.
Alhamdulillah feeling happy and blessed.....

I have seen similar 2 more cases before me in this forum.
Who got email and within 10 days got their cards.

I think 100 days on cic is exagerated.
If you see old card processing time is 191 and they are working in 6-8-2915.
If we count the days its 168 let the process take 2 weeks so its way 10 days less then 191. But cic is increasing processing time to prevent people from caling them.

No way in hell should you expect the actual processing times to be less than what you see on their web page.

Lets hope. I had my flight booked for 12 january now I postoned it for 26/february.
Hope to receive card by then.

Hello,

When I received my passport after visa stamping, Abudhabi embassy had returned one of the two photos submitted.
I submitted the same photo to the immigration officer at Calgary airport after landing, he returned the same as well,
though he filled PR card application for me.

Is it usual? Officers don't need to attach photos with PR card application?

Did anyone who was asked for photo re-submission get his/her PR card yet? My son's photos reached CIC today and I was wondering how much time it takes to get the card after they receive them.

Two of my friends landed in July in Toronto and Montreal, and they both got their pr cards in Sep. However, the other one landed in Vancouver took 1.5 months more to get the card. That's why I said people landed in YVR would get their cards way later.

Hi,

Does anyone know what photo is used for printing the PR card? Just noticed that my photo on Copr wasn't cut perfectly by High Commission, as one shoulder seems to be longer than the other. Has someone faced something similar? Could it cause any additional photo requests? Or the will use the other photo for PR card and there's nothing to worry about?

It doesn't matter. They can invite a PRC applicant to a local CIC office if they have any concerns at ANY time.

I got my confirmation of PR on Sep 24, 2015 ("landed") and received my PR card on Jan 12, 2016 - it took 110 days.
