Noticed one thing in this forum.
None landed in oct received pr card.
Last who received wrt landing date was takhan(landed 30th sept and received pr card on 10th dec)

Ohh okkayy. Yeah based on the 85 days processing times that go for october lets hope they will work normally after the vacations

A S JABS, are all these Ontario processing cases? Toronto gateway? Maybe other provinces are faster than others which explains the delay in provinces with the highest landing occurrences.

i see a valid point in what mazerand says , even i heard it by my relative that yes the provinces with less immigrats lkanding to get thier cards relatively faster than the busy ones, could be a possibility

What are the busy provinces? Omtario and quebec?
And are they all processed in one office?

I dont think so. Once you entered at port of entry as PR you will be in a federal Canadian borders computer system then you will be in Que and will get get PR CARD on your turn.

Does the update of the mail address and the status change from "DECISION MADE" to "COMPLETE" has any significance ? Generally after how many days does these changes take place from landing?????

Don't read too much into the timing of updates to ECAS. I've seen enough variance reported by people on this forum over the past year that I'm convinced that it's a manual process and it's updated whenever a CIC agent actually remembers to update it. Sometimes it's early, sometimes it's late, and sometimes not at all. There have been people who have received their cards with no updates at all, and people that have their card status on ECAS who are still waiting. I'm pretty sure there are even some who's address never updated, but when they call CIC the agent has the correct address.

I gave up even logging on to ECAS anymore. You'd have just as much luck stopping a random person on the street and asking them how long it takes.

Thats correct. When i landed the agent just changed my address. One month later he changed the status so whenever they feel like changing they do it.
To be honest cic agent are as confused as we are. Each one gives a different answer and a different observation so we cant even rely on their answers.
So neither ecas update nor anninformation from an agent are beneficial.

I just called cic , finally after almost 105 days he said card been sent on Dec 23 so waiting to receive it . Sent for phot retake on Nov 30.did landing on sep 16 . Long wait finally ends here . Going home .

For me it changed from decision made to complete just in 1 week after landing.
