I got my wife's PR Card today but I have not received Mine (Primary applicant). Is it normal ?

This is quite normal,I've seen people report it happening all the time. No worries

We have no friends or family in Canada... Has anyone use consultant/lawyer service to receive PR card?

You can apply for PR card later, whenever you finally decided to settle in Canada.

Hi guys,

Just sharing my experience.

I landed in Canada (Toronto) on 4th Feb 2015 and I have provided an address (relative) at the airport. I left Canada just 1 week after my landing. I have waited for about 3 months but PR card still did not received by my relative (although in ECAS, the address was recorded). Finally, I have decided to call CIC from abroad (Australia) last week. The operator told me that there is no Canadian address in my profile and that is why my card hasn't been issued yet. So, I gave him the address again and he told me I should wait for 38 days to receive PR card.

I advise everyone to call CIC to make sure that have address in your profile.

Landed on march 14, card still not received.. Call centre don't have update on the application.. Theu said they sent an message to department but dont know when they will reply

I usually don't recommend it for PR cards, but if you keep calling, the address in their system is correct and they don't give you any information about the card, why don't you contact your MP's office and ask them to help you?

Hi Friends..

Me and my wife received PR cards on May 11th.. however, my son's card did not arrive yet. He is the USA citizen... is there a different process for US citizens? Should I be calling the CIC again??

we landed on March 6th, and when I called them on May 5th they said, my address is not registered in their system. So I updated my mailing and home address the same day.

Generally it Comes in different times like one or two weeks. Better to call CIC during next week.
