Today is 19 May 2015 (37 calendar days to be exact)

Still waiting for my PR cards.

still waiting for PR card. I called CIC, and they told me to wait until June 1st week and call them back.

I landed on April 7th, and still waiting for the card.

Even this appears to be a nightmare .................. so getting PR Stamp on Passport, CoPR and getting landed is not the end ......... have to suffer more ................ better go back home, I think.

I am currently working in Canada on temporary work permit and I have applied for PR Visa under FSW Category from India (not with Canadian experience).

I am expecting my passport request on June-2015 and planning to re-enter into Canada thru Flag pole (pacific Hwy border office US/Canada boarder).

Here my questions:
1. Applied from India, FLAG POLE – will it cause any problem with Visa officer extra scrutiny?
2. If Visa officer ask about my company details, Can I tell them, I work for XYZ Company on temporary visa, planning to continue with the same company under PR Visa. In this case, do I need to get any company letters or anything?

Doesn't sound too bad, you shouldn't worry, but I do advise you to call them and check, because sometimes they mess up with the address, or they don't have it in the system altogether.
