I asked the exact same question to the agent over the phone. The answer is pr card department is not open for public so there is no contact info.

Yes you can..I have to do it every month,since I had to go usa once a month. These idiots are processing my carD from last 4.5 month. Every time I need to cross border ..I travel 6 hours to cross border and take flight from there. But you need to have ur own car or frns car. Commercial vehicle wont work. .either u can ask ur frn to pick u or park ur car at airport

Hi

I have sent my application on 20th Oct,2014 and CIC received my file on 24th Oct 2014, and today I find out by myself there is some issue with my Birth certificate, I am planning to send other supporting documents tomm to support my DOB . my application fees is not charged yet and havent received AOR , if I send my other supporting document by mail, How they will track my application ? Any can help with this pleasee its very urgent

Great news greg123 .. finally some movement today ..

I thought the ECAS gets updated a couple of days after the inprocess date .. can you please check what date did CIC start processing your PR card application ? i guess it would be a couple of days back .. Thanks!

Hello Everyone,

I am not sure it is right or wrong but I found that CIC want us to notify them if do not receive our card in 6 weeks,
