It is too soon. Check no earlier than November 17th.

My wife landed on Sep 7 and her PR card arrived today. So it looks like those who landed early Sep are getting cards now.

Application changed to In Process on 06 Oct
PR Card received on 16th Oct

And it is over!!!

Yesterday the card was in the mail.

So 1 year 1 month and 15 days after mailing my application this journey has come to an end ;D

Timeline:

Landed: September 6
In Process: October 6
Completed: October 17
Recieved: October 21

Its in Ecas, after filling details where it shows Client Application status.

During PR process ,you see only Permanent resident applications.

After PR ,when they start processing your PR card then another section is added there called.

Permanent Resident Card Application.

I landed on 28-Sep-2014 ,now its showing PR Card application "In Process".
