Do not call this number through skype or magic jack

I call this number from kuwait normal international call from my mobile and it go through every time...

I just checked ecas and found that mine is complete too So I guess this means they have sent our cards and now we have to keep checking our mail boxes

Done and Just saw that they updated the PR card process time on the CIC website to 92 days!
