what's the deal with PR cards being verified?

Once ur landed, then it should be a GIVEN, that u would receive the cards. Am I right? or am I missing something?

hey I landed Jan 14, 2014 and my case was under verification,
I got my card this week, May 8, 2014 total 114 days.

normally, I called CIC each week, but nothing they can do. They will tell you just wait and no deadline

on ECAS at some point?? My ECAS is saying "Complete" as of this morning.

And STOP messing with the spreadsheet! We do not need fancy designs and crazy colours. Add your case
and track others, but don't change the sheet.

Why was your case under verification?

I guess they are randomly pick up some case

Rang CIC today and they advised that my permanent residence cards were mailed today!! Will let you know when they arrive!

I think its the summer now that's slowing down the process.

Yes. there will be another column that says "Permanent Resident Card Application"
