Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Hello,
I landed on Nov 1st, provided address for sending the card on Nov 3rd - still no card and I wonder maybe i missed something - do you need to apply for it in any kind of way after landing, or process is automatically when CoPR is processed at the airport?

did you receive the card yet ? process is automatically when you land it. i asked landing staff at border itself.

Yes, got it on Friday. A little complain on canadavisa.com sped up the process ;-)

hello Peeps ,,, just adding my timeline here landed at Emerson Border DEC 16 2016 still waiting for my PR card
do you guys have any idea if I will get it before Feb. 15th as I am booking vacation end of February

Adding my case, Landed today Jan 10, 2017 for myself and spouse at local CIC office.

Officer mentioned it only takes 4-6 weeks to receive the card.. not sure if this accurate

You are not the only one. I landed on Nov 5, and called CIC today. They told me that my file has been sent to the facility that prints the cards. Once it's done, it will be sent out from Ottawa. don't have to worry too much.

thank you for telling me this! cuz friends around me who landed in late October said they already received PR cards like a month ago.. looks like CIC stopped working from DEC 1

Flag polled on Dec 5th, the officer told PR card will be mailed in4 to 6 weeks, so waiting continuous.
